FAQ

What are your opening hours?

Kango Parks are open between the hours of 10am to 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 10am – 12am on Friday and Saturday.

Do I need to show up early for my session?

Yes please! It is very helpful for our staff if you arrive around 10 minutes before your session begins, especially if you are part of a large group. Please arrive earlier if you plan to change the clothes or if you do not have a liability waiver on file with us.

Can I eat or drink in the park?

Enjoy our fresh and healthy snackbar. No outside food or drink is allowed in our trampoline park.

Do I need to wear any particular clothing?

Wear what is most comfortable! It can get quite hot when you are bouncing around so we recommend breathable sports gear. Please don’t wear anything with sharp edges. We also provide lock-boxes for all guests to place their valuable belongings. Each guest is required to wear a pair of trampoline socks, which you can purchase upon arrival if you do not already own a pair.

How old do I need to be to bounce?

Anyone 16 years or older can come alone to a session. However, if you are under the age of 16 you will need to have a guardian sign your waiver for you.

Is there anyone who cannot participate?

If you have a pre-existing medical condition that might affect your ability to jump or cause a safety risk to yourself, please seek medical advice before attending. Pregnant women should not participate.

Do I need to book in advance?

No but we certainly recommend it. Our park is in high demand so to ensure you are not disappointed or left waiting around, booking a session in advance is a great option.

Is there somewhere to eat?

Yes, each one of our parks has a café where you can enjoy refreshments and watch friends or family leap their way around the park.

If you have any other questions or concerns then feel free to contact one of our friendly team members.
